To attend class and be authorized to file electronically:

Training Class Schedule (REGISTER HERE!)
Attorney/Participant Registration Form (BRING TO CLASS)
Staff Training Form (Staff attends training in place of attorney in WD/LA)

To be authorized to electronically file with the court without additional training:

Already Trained in another District OR Bankruptcy Court (Includes Training Waiver Request Form)
