PAYMENT METHODS: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted. Cash and/or personal or business checks or money orders made out to "National Archives Trust Fund (NATF)."

CIVIL CASES: The entire civil case record must be requested. If the entire record is not required, a local courier service may be contacted directly to set an appointment to review the file at NARA.

CRIMINAL CASES: If the entire record is not being requested, docket sheets from 1993 forward may be viewed via PACER to determine which documents are needed. Docket sheets from 1975 to 1992 are maintained in paper form and may be viewed at the U S District Court Clerk's office, Shreveport Division.

TO PLACE AN ORDER:

• Complete a civil or criminal request form for EACH record that is requested; forms may be downloaded from the U S District Court's website: www.lawd.uscourts.gov



• If paying by check or money order, a separate payment is required for EACH individual request.
