PLEASE NOTE:  Judge Doherty has moved to a trailing docket.  Consequently, all trials will be set for a two-week period; trials may fall anywhere within that two-week period.  However, final trial settings will be determined at or after your pre-trial conference which normally is held three weeks before the trial week setting.
