Federal Sentencing Guidelines Seminar

Please join the U.S. District Court, Western District of Louisiana, for a free seminar on the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines on January 25, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Shreveport Federal Courthouse. Six (6) hours of free CLE will be provided. All lawyers are invited.

Our speakers will be Kealin Culbreath and Rusty Burress from the U.S. Sentencing Commission. The seminar will begin with the basics of the guidelines and will cover more advanced topics, like relevant conduct, as the day progresses. A free reception in honor of the CJA appointment lawyers will follow in the jury lounge. Space is limited.
