Attorneys may sign up here to attend an electronic filing training class. Attorneys receive free CLE credit hours just for attending. It is highly recommended that the attorney attend a training class. However, an attorney may allow a staff member to come to the class in their place if they sign the "Authorized Staff Waiver Request " form which can be found on the court's website, http://www.lawd.uscourts.gov. In addition, an attorney may waive attendance at a training class if the attorney has been using electronic filing or has attended a training class at another district or bankruptcy court. An attorney waiving training must fill out and return to the court the registration and waiver of training forms, both of which are located on the website.
