   For submitting proposed orders in WordPerfect of Word processing formats.

lawdml_consents@lawd.uscourts.gov [2]

   For submitting Notice, Consent, and Reference of a Civil Action to a Magistrate Judge form.

lawdml_sealedcases@lawd.uscourts.gov [3]

   For submitting documents to be filed in entirely SEALED cases.

lawdml_emergencyfiling@lawd.uscourts.gov [4]

   For submitting filings when CM/ECF is inoperable.

lawdml_criminal@lawd.uscourts.gov [5]

   For submitting charge documents (i.e., criminal complaints, bills of information, etc.) which open new criminal cases.  Not to be used for exisiting cases.
