This week, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has provided notice of an apparent compromise of the confidentiality of the CM/ECF system and called upon courts to implement new security procedures to protect highly sensitive documents (HSDs). At this time, we have no confirmation of direct impact to the Western District of Louisiana. The Court will post new procedures as quickly as possible for the limited types of documents that meet the definition of HSD’s on this website.
