Ex-parte motions are referred to chambers as soon as possible. For contested motions, Magistrate Judge Ayo maintains a motion date and usually has oral argument. The clerk will issue a notice of motion setting advising when the motion will be heard. Click on the courtesy copy tab for specific information on copy requirements.
If the attachments to a motion exceed 25 pages, copies should be manually delivered to chambers at the address indicated above. Copies of ex-parte motions are not necessary.
