Ex-parte motions are referred to chambers as soon as possible. For contested motions, Judge Hicks does not maintain a regular motion date and does not have oral argument unless specifically ordered. The clerk will issue a notice of motion setting advising when the motion will be considered. Click on the courtesy copy tab for information regarding copy requirements.
