Ex-parte motions are referred to chambers as soon as possible.  For contested motions, Magistrate Judge LeBlanc does not maintain a motion date, but may order oral argument.  The clerk will issue a notice of motion setting advising when the motion will be considered.  Click on the courtesy copy tab for information on copy requirements.
