Ex-parte motions are referred to chambers as soon as possible. For contested motions, Magistrate Judge McClusky does not maintain a motion date, but may order oral argument. The clerk will issue a notice of motion setting advising when the motion will be considered. Click on the courtesy copy tab for information on copy requirements.
Magistrate Judge McClusky requires courtesy copies of contested motions, supporting memorandum, and responses. Copies should be e-mailed in Microsoft Word format to chambers at the following address: mcclusky_motions@lawd.uscourts.gov. If attachments to the motion exceed 15 pages, copies should be manually delivered to chambers at the address indicated above. Copies of ex-parte motions are not necessary.
