With sadness, Chief Judge Doughty on behalf of the Judges and staff announces that Senior Judge John M. Duhé, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and former District Judge for the United States District Court of the Western District of Louisiana, passed on Friday, May 16, at the age of 92.
