Good Afternoon,
My name is Glenn Richard and I am the Contracting Officer for US District Court that spoke to you concerning my renovation project at the US District Courthouse located at 515 Murray Street, Alexandria La. 71301. I’ve attached the bid package documents pertaining to this carpet project for review. . I am also trying to schedule a walkthrough of the project with all vendors on Tuesday April 20, at 1:30 pm. Please confirm receipt of this email and let me know if you are interested and available to attend this walk through.
If you have any questions or concerns please send them preferably by email to myself and Laurissa. Questions and answers will be sent to all parties for uniformity.

Details:
The U.S. District Court has an office area located at 515 Murray St. Room 211, Alexandria La.. This area contains approximately 2,000 square feet and is due for cyclical maintenance upgrades. At this time the Court would like to remove all carpeting and replace. This area contains multiple offices with employees being relocated during the renovation work.
